River Windrush in the 1990’s. Clean, clear and children having fun in it.
Same spot on the river in 2018. Dark, murky, lifeless and now comes with an Environment Agency health warning not to venture in because of sewage pollution.

Windrush Swan Family 2009. No Swan family has been seen in recent years, as there is no longer anything for them to feed on in the river.
